At Bootmaster, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your boots within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
